Name, email address, phone number, profile picture, Aadhaar card, PAN card, age, Bank Details, Address Proof, Body Metrics.

Government-issued ID (for age and identity verification).

Payment Information

UPI ID, bank details, Razorpay credentials (processed via secure gateway, not stored by us).

Location & Attendance Data

GPS coordinates, QR scans, and selfie check-ins to confirm shift attendance.

Usage Data

App activity, search history, gig preferences, ratings/reviews.

Device and browser information (IP address, operating system, app version).

Cookies & Tracking Data

Cookies, beacons, and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: Match Seekers with relevant gigs. Verify attendance and process payments.
• To Ensure Trust & Safety: Fraud detection (fake check-ins, duplicate accounts). Verify identities and compliance with labor laws.
• To Improve Our Platform: Analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and optimize features.
• For Communication & Marketing: Send gig notifications, updates, and offers. Provide important service announcements (e.g., payout confirmations).
